Spinach is from America tropical. There are three types of spinach from Amaranthus tricolor family: regular green spinach, red spinach (Blitum rubrum) that has red stem and leaves, and white spinach (Blitum album) that has whitish green color.

How to use red spinach as home remedy?

For internal usage:

-Take 25-30 gram of fresh red spinach leaves. You can boil it and drink the water. Or you can eat it as salad. Other option, you can blend it and drink the juice.

For external usage:

-Smash the leaves until they become a paste. Apply the paste on the wound. It can heal wounds and venomous animal bite wounds.
