Apparently there are various simple ingredients that we can use to treat or relieve toothache. This time, we will learn how to use ingredients that we store in our kitchen to treat toothache. First, you can use black peppers.

This seasoning can be used as natural remedy to treat toothache. Dissolve half teaspoon of black pepper powder in half a glass of warm water. You add a little salt. Use the concoction to gargle. If the concoction doesn’t feel strong enough to relieve the pain, you can add the black pepper powder.

Other remedy is baking soda. There are two ways to use baking soda to treat toothache. First, wet a cotton bud and then smear it with baking soda and put the cotton on the area of pain. If the pain is not from cavity, you can use baking soda to gargle. Mix one tablespoon of baking soda in a glass of warm water.

Also, you can use a used tea bag (it will be better if it is still warm) and put it on the tooth. The natural ingredient from tea leaves can relieve the pain. The last, you can compress the area of pain. Wet cloth with ice water and use the cloth to compress the area of pain. It will make the nerves on the area frozen and numb.

If it doesn’t work, you can try the reverse method, compress the area of pain with warm water. But, be careful and make sure that the cloth is not too hot and hurt your skin.
